Mike Hoehsl

Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in strategic budgeting, planning and execution of major international events, from managing the overall budget for the international Event Production of the Red Bull Air Race series to the construction management of the largest temporary ski ramp ever built for an FIS event in a city.

Thanks to skills highly developed during his career, he continuously tries to raise quality standards and improve structures and controlling; he looks for new challenges and conducts feasibility studies for new venues. He manages communication with authorities, international contractors and agencies; he has extensive education and training in the field of economic and technical services for event management.

Whether Event Operation Coordinator, managing the registration process, sponsorship support & coordination of stakeholders, internal departmental communication, implementation of the discussed goals of the marketing partners, the Covid compliant execution of the entire event in all areas and coordinator of the medical response team; or project management, sporting management of European Championships; Venue Operation planning & implementation of a temporary venue; collaboration with the European federation, and the European Championships Management GmbH; as well as coordination with authorities, experts, external stakeholders, etc.
