Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in strategic budgeting, planning and execution of major international events, from managing the overall budget for the international Event Production of the Red Bull Air Race series to the construction management of the largest temporary ski ramp ever built for an FIS event in a city.
Thanks to skills highly developed during his career, he continuously tries to raise quality standards and improve structures and controlling; he looks for new challenges and conducts feasibility studies for new venues. He manages communication with authorities, international contractors and agencies; he has extensive education and training in the field of economic and technical services for event management.

has been active in the sports and events industry since 2017, bringing a wide range of experience to the table—from project management with budget responsibility and financial controlling, to conceptual planning and production leadership, as well as on-stage roles as a host and show-caller for major international events.
Her core expertise lies in organizing competitive sports formats and live entertainment experiences for audiences (Sports Presentation) in both indoor arenas and outdoor stadiums. She has extensive experience working within large-scale international big- and multi-sport event structures and teams.
Franziska is adept at collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders including sports federations, agencies, freelancers, volunteers, clubs, technical service providers, and TV producers. She also works cross-functionally with departments such as finance, marketing and sponsorship, legal, sport operations, and broadcasting to deliver seamless show executions and successful project outcomes.
With a strong and confident presence, a structured approach, and a solid network, she consistently drives success through effective teamwork and leadership.
